Camping and Parking at Mount Washington

Summer Camping & Parking
Maps and Locations

Overnight camping during the summer at Mount Washington Alpine Resort is permitted only in designated parking areas, offering a convenient free option for self-contained RV units. While there are no services such as power or water hookups available, campers visiting The Bike Park can stay overnight in the Hawk Parking Lot throughout the summer season. For special events like the Washy Mountain Music Fair or the VI Bike Fest Canada Cup, overnight camping is relocated to Lot 4.

Overnight parking is never permitted in Lots 1, 2 or 3. Visitors are encouraged to come prepared, as only fully self-contained vehicles are suitable for these camping areas.

Winter Camping & Parking

Whether you are heading to our Nordic area at the Raven Lodge or to the Alpine Lodge, parking is free and it’s close. Please use the Google maps provided to find the best location for you to park during your visit to Mount Washington Alpine Resort.

Free camping sites are available to those with self-contained units locations on a first-come, first-serve basis.
